
Sen. Jon Kyl (R-AZ) suggested on Fox News Sunday that Republicans want to go back to square one on health care reform.
"We would like to start over," Kyl said.
There's no way to fix this bill, and that's why every single Republican voted against going to this bill.

He's right. You can't fix what isn't broken.
It might be more appropriate to say that there's no way to break this bill. There's no Republican amendments that could substantially change the bill that would get the 60 votes needed (by unanimous consent agreement) to pass. Doubtful if there's even any that could get 50 either.
