Last night, the man responsible for a billboard in Colorado that asks "President or Jihad?" appeared on MSNBC and explained his definition of "jihad."
"To me it means, it's an extreme element of a struggle to overcome somebody ... It's certainly not one of us. It's certainly not what an American is," said Phil Wolf, the owner of an auto dealership in Wheat Ridge, Colo., where he's posted the billboard.
"Do you think Obama wants a religious war?" asked host Ed Schultz.
"I think he is an anti-Christian," Wolf responded. When pressed, he said, "My statement up there on the sign has got a question mark behind it. And the question has to be answered."
Video after the jump.
Last week, the general manager of Wolf's dealership was similarly evasive when interviewed by TPM.
The billboard appeared last week, replacing one that asked simply, "Where is the birth certificate?" The original message, also paid for by Wolf, was supported by a local radio host and the right-wing site World Net Daily.
In features two caricatures of Obama, one wearing a turban, and in the bottom corner it reads, "Wake up America! Remember Ft. Hood!"
On MSNBC yesterday, Wolf -- who said he doesn't believe Obama is an American citizen -- criticized Obama's "cavalier attitude" toward the Fort Hood shooting and claimed the president has been "apologizing" for America.
"Obama's teling the world that we should be more tolerant, that we should be more like them, in other words," Wolf said.
Asked if he thinks tolerance of other cultures makes America weaker, Wolf said he believes it does.

So you can get the phone # off the billboard and call every 15 minutes asking if he has any VW Buses with V6 engines...in purple...because you're anti-Christian and purple is the devil's color.

Guys like this make me so mad I want to punch'em because they're so cocksure that they are the only true Americans and the rest of us somehow are not.
Well the jokes on Mr. Wolf and the rest of the right wing morons who think the same way.
They are ones who are selling this country out.
They don't want to pay taxes but they won't give up any tax-provided police and fire protection, trash pick-up, federally-funded Interstate highways and bridges...and airports; they love war and the military, they just don't want to pay for any of it; they love our veterans but only by cheap flag-waving public shows full of saccharin sentimentality and pompous patriotism, after the show the kid on crutches with a chestful of medals is on his own.
Mr. Wolf, in my humble opinion, you are scum.

Asked what 3 + 3 is, he was similarly evasive. When pressed for an answer, he defensively shouted, “Eight!”

Ron Reagan interviewed him last night and asked how he knew Bush's birth certificate was real since no one had ever seen it. Wolf said it must have been looked at by somebody who cares. That's good enough for anybody except Obama.
I don't think Wolf is a spinmaster though. He's bigoted and irrational, but genuine.

What is so bigoted and irrational about the guy? Granted, he should have cared enough to actually make the sign read "President or Jihadist", but c'mon. It's the guys opinion that this President's primary concern is not the country he was voted in to serve...and I agree. Didn't all of you think the same thing about Bush? I did.
The reason all of you don't see it that way is because, well, you feel the same way. I know tons of libs and lefties, and they all seem to think that an American president looking out for America's needs first is somehow "nationalist" and "ethnocentric." (I don't think the latter is the correct terminology, but the majority of the libs I know seem to think so.)
None of you even care if Obama is not technically eligible (youtube: Phil Berg, he makes an interesting case that you surely have never really listened to.) I am willing to bet that none of you would even care if Obama really was the Trojan horse of an international group taking over. I think all they would need to do is convince you that their country was a shit hole because of the CIA and you would all bow your heads to the sword based on some twisted notion of social justice...no, let me rephrase that: You would all bow everyone else's head to the sword, thinking that somehow by welcoming "our new insect overlords" you would be spared.
