It's clear that Sarah Palin spends much of her new memoir attacking reporters and various McCain campaign aides. But, the Wall Street Journal points out, at least one person earned her praise: Sen. Joe Lieberman.
Palin says Lieberman (I-CT) offered her encouragement on the trail, especially before the vice presidential debate.
"Be yourself," Palin says he told her. "Don't let these people try to change you. Don't let them tell you what to say and how to think."
The memoir, Going Rogue, goes on sale tomorrow.

Given Sarah's history with political mentors, it would sure be sweet to see Vinegar Joe lovingly nuture her, only to have her eventually stab him in the back.

You don't think Joe would stab Sarah in the back first? Regardless, it would be ugly (although entertaining). Can we get those two to run together?

Remember Lieberman was hoping for the Secretary of State gig under the McCain/Palin Administration, so he needed to keep on good terms with Palin, even if the McCain plan was to marginalize her if elected.
Hell, Lieberman was probably angling should McCain die while in office, so he could step in as VP and trusted adviser given he would have ran for VP on a Dem ticket and now was Sec. of State under President McCain.
Lieberman is Grima Wormtongue.

"Don't let them tell you...how to think."
As most real Americans know, Caribou Barbie is not capable of learning how to think. She is one of the poster children for the Republican "dumbing down of America" on all issues.

Time to BANISH old Lieberman to Alaska so him and Palin can sit and look at "Russia" together. Idiots of a feather...

Joe is talking, of course, about those American citizens who are not lobbyists.
