yes by all means, let's get sarah on colbert report. she's so dumb she won't even understand that it's all satire. what an idiot! and voters are so uninformed that she will prob. be elected prez in 2012.
after all, dumbya bush won twice with the same electorate! ok, maybe he did steal the elections but nobody complained much.

Palin likes to play the victim. I'd assume she'll go after Colbert, except he doesn't quite have Letterman's audience, and Letterman's jokes were easier to understand for people who don't get satire. Considering that conservatives think satire is Limbaugh calling names, I suppose it's possible Palin won't get it.

Now if Rahm had called the Conservatives a bunch of "short bus riding, anti-gay, knocked-up bible thumping quitters", then I think she should take it personally and in that situation he would need to apologize to the mentally handicapped for lumping them in with anti-gay knocked up bible thumping quitters.

This reminds me of another great moment in Colbert's history with the "R word". In probably my favorite Colbert episode (from during the Writer's Strike on MLK Day, when he had Andrew Young as his guest and capped his show with a rendition of "Let My People Go"), he commented on Mitt Romney's "Who Let the Dog's Out" ass-hattery by saying something like "...which led some Romney supporters to wonder, 'Is Mitt Romney retarded?'"
