Did Vice President Biden drop the F-bomb on TV today?
Some, including Fox News, are saying that Biden said the F-word while giving President Obama a hug before the health care signing ceremony. We can't make it out precisely on the feed from CNN, but watch it for yourself.
To us, it sounds like he's saying "This is a big f---ing deal."
Agreed, Mr. Vice President. Agreed.
Late update: White House Press Secretary Robert Gibbs agrees too:
And yes Mr. Vice President, you're right...

Interesting to keep in mind -
Former V.P. Cheney, set the precedent that the V.P., as president of the Senate, is not a member of the executive branch and therefore does not have to follow any protocols or rules of the executive branch ... and later he asserted that because the V.P is a member of the Executive Branch, he is not bound by any rules or protocol of the legislative branch.
Since he was never legally challenged on these assertions it would seem that ANY Vice President has those same privileges, ... basically not being under any rules.
I suppose this means Joe can do whatever the F#$& he wants!

This feels like the Mickey Kantor thing from The War Room all over again. It seems pretty clear to me that the Vice President is laughing while he's supposed to be saying "This is a" and then leans in to say something to the President. Unless Joe can laugh and speak clearly at the same time this story is a big f*cking load of BS.
