On The Daily Show last night, Jon Stewart played off of Sen. Chris Dodd's (D-CT) statement that we need to strengthen the bark and bite of a proposed consumer protection watchdog.
"Yeah!" Stewart said. "And we should give it laser eyes. Oh, and a jet pack! And Adamantium claws! It will be an unstoppable dog killing machine! Beware the destroyer of worlds that we call Murray."

Seriously. I've been following this stuff for years, and I finally understand it thanks to that little skit. Amazing.

His next section about Jonco International was funny as hell too. Looking @ the time stamp of the clip, it may be in it, but i can't watch it at the moment.
